Since 2017,  CTIFL has introduced specifications for INFEL® private certification, whose rules go beyond the Rules and Standards for official European certification. In particular, sanitary controls are stricter, and plant dimensions must meet minimum standards. The INFEL® commitment corresponds to the criteria observed and certified by CTIFL, as described in this poster.
